Public Transit Etiquette

I've been taking the train to work for the past five months and there are quite a few people who might have missed that day in kindergarten when they taught us to share and be nice to others.

Bag Seat
If your bag did not pay for a ticket, you should not use it to hog a seat so nobody can take the seat next to you, what's wrong with putting your bag at your feet, under your seat, or putting it on your lap?

Morning Loud Talkers
Most of us wouldn't mind a 20 - 30 minute nap on their way to work, one of many perks for taking the train instead of driving. I am all for catching up with your commute buddy, but does it have to happen every morning and in a volume that keeps people next to you from catching some shut eye? This morning I listened to a lady complain about someone in new to her building taking her parking spot. Her and her friend spent 25 minutes discussing how wrong it is in about 5 different ways. I listen to my iPod whenever possible, but sometimes I still hear the loud talkers.

Personal Calls should remain...Personal?
Look, I know you just got engaged and have every right to be super duper excited about your ring and how he asked you, who the best man will be, and ohmygawd dress shopping!!! BUT if 4 different people who are sitting within the two row radius from you turn around and give you look / to check out who the loud-mouth is, you need to get a hint, that you are being loud and obnoxious, in public.
